Elena Siano is the Managing Partner at ESW search. Before joining ESW she worked at Deutsche Bank, developing strong skills in Financial Services & Business Development. In 2016, after 2 years in the Fashion/Luxury industry as BD Manager, she started her career in HR as Recruitment Manager for an english recruitment company (MM) specialised in middle management in Investment banking/financial services industries. Today she is in charge of the Private Capital Industry for the EU and UK Market
