Mattia Scarano holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Naples " Parthenope".
He began his professional career at Di Luccia & Partners Executive Search, starting ad a Talent Acquisition Associate and advancing to his current role as Manager.
Today, he independently manages executive search projects for top-tier clients, consolidating his expertise in executive search.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
